I received this in one of my ipsy bag and I love the color. It's a pretty copper shade with some gold shimmers in it. I don't think you can find these eye shadows anymore on their website. I went back to ipsy.com to see what link they put for purchasing more of these eye shadows and it gave an Amazon link. The link they gave doesn't have the eye shadows available anymore. An eye shadow by NYX that I think is very similar is Heat. It's a pearly copper color.
The next color I use is by Pixi. Oh.My.God. These eye shadow have so much fall out when picking up the color with my brush. You can see what I mean in the video. I just put my brush in it a little and then little specks of it falls back and make a mess on the container. I haven't really use these eye shadows before and recently picked it up at my local Target. There'll be a review about it soon so keep an eye out for it!
What I learn from experience is, the bigger the frame, the thicker the eyeliner should be. This will ensure your glasses don't overpower your eyes making it look smaller. The eyeliner look I used in the video is what I typically turn to because it makes my eyes look bigger. It makes the illusion of an bigger wide eye look behind the glasses. Sometimes I shape it a little different by making it wing downward instead of upwards to give it a dolly eye look. This just depends on what you're in the mood for.
I didn't use any foundation or BB cream on my face because my skin doesn't look that bad today. I only spot concealed places where I have acne scars and redness around my nose and mouth. I have freckles around my face but some people find it cute so I don't put on extra makeup just to cover something that doesn't bother me much. Also less face makeup means it won't be cakey and would let my skin breathe.
Hug and Kisses,
Diana
