Tutorial : Halloween Cat Tutorial

Hello everyone! This is a fun and easy Halloween tutorial. I have been planning on doing this look for weeks but haven't really gotten around in filming it. 

I brought these cat ears in New York City Chinatown when I was visiting the city during the summer. It has a bell in each ear that can be a bit annoying after a while.

I do not like the l'oreal voluminous smoldering eyeliner. It's hard to work with and doesn't look that great when I was applying it. I brought this eyeliner a while back because a YouTuber was raving about it. I didn't like it when I first tried it out but I figure since it been a while maybe I would like it again...nope.
