Review : Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick

Long time no blog everyone! Today's blog post would be about the Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick. I found these at Walgreen and they didn't even have it out on display yet. I had to ask one of the staff if they have it in stock because they had an ad in their coupon book about it with a $1 off coupon. She went to the back and brought them out and they look very pretty.

These cost $8.99 at Walgreen and Walgreen usually have a buy 1 get 1 50% off, which I took advantage of. Additionally, the women also have manufacturer coupon for $1 off per lipstick. I brought 4 lipsticks for roughly $5 each after the discounts which I thought was a pretty good deal.

This collection comes in 20 different shades which you can look at here. The colors I brought is Petunia, Iris, Primrose, and Dahlia. These lipsticks goes on very creamy and soft. This would normally be good, but I find it to be too creamy and soft because when applying it, one of the lipstick has a top part come off because well...I was just using it like I normally would.

L - R : Petunia, Iris, Primrose, and Dahlia.
I do not like the clear lipstick packaging. Sure it looks pretty and fancy, but it look so messy. I have never encounter the problem before where the lipstick would slide against the lipstick case. I'm not sure why it's happening now, but it have occurred with these lipstick. Just look at it!

Overall I do like these shades and how it feels on my lips, but...oh god the packaging and the way it tends to break apart is making me sad.
