Random : July ipsy bag

Hello again! Today's post would be about my lovely ipsy bag. This month's little makeup bag is hot pink with some cut out fabric on the sides. Not exactly my favorite bag they release. When I saw the hints they've been dropping on their facebook page, I was pretty much disappointed. I would probably put this aside until I need a bag to hold small things. 

 First up is the bareMinerals new 5-in-1 BB Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow. The 5 benefits it has is long-wear, prime, brighten, smooth, and protect. 

From the little card it came with, I believe the color I receive is 

Divine Wine. It wasn't label anywhere but I compared it to the 

shades that's on the card and came to the decision it's that color.

In this collection there are 10 neutral shades. The full size retails for $18 on ulta. In the ipsy bag it came with a promo code for free shipping at ulta.com with an bareMineral purchase. This is from July 11, 2014 to August 10, 2014. 

My first impression of this product is woah...this sample size is pretty tiny. It came with a flexible tip that's flat on both size the product itself is great. It blends pretty easily and would be great for every day makeup look.

You can find this eyeshadow on Ulta and Sephora which currently only carries 5 of the 10 shades. To get all 10 shades you get can it on the official bareMineral website.

Pretty Pink

This lip balm won't be a first impression because I already have this lip balm, but in the shade 07 Rosy Red. The shade I got is Pretty Pink. Ehh...not exactly the shade for my skin tone because it's just too pink and not something I would wear. Which is such a shame because I do like these lip balms. Something I find quite interesting is, the tube looks pretty small but it's actually half the size of the full size product. I haven't use much of the Rosy Red so it's almost brand new.

You can buy pixi beauty product at Target in store and online and on the Pixi Beauty official website. These lip balms retails $14 each.

Next item on the list is Pop Beauty's Sunkissed Bronzer in Secret Sunshine. I'm always on the hunt for a great every day bronzer I could use and was pretty excited when I saw this in my Glam Room. On the ipsy website they said it's also a highlighter so that's even better. 

The bronzer is a bit shimmery and has gold flecks in it but since it could also be double up as a highlighter I don't mind. Normally I like using a matte bronzer for every day use and to contour my face for a natural look. 

You can't really see it when I swatch the color onto my hand. This would probably be used as a highlighter rather than a bronzer.

I could only find this online for $10 on their official website. Sadly it only comes in this shade, but hopefully they'll release different ones in the future. This is the full size product so just with this item, we're getting our money's worth.

My last two item is Hang Ten 08 dark tanning oil and Sexy Hair soy renewal beach spray. I won't be doing an first impression on these but would have a blog post about them very soon so stay tune. 

Overall, I'm pretty okay with this month's bag but I had better before that suits my preference better. I don't like to tan because my tan last forever. Also the color lip balm they sent me isn't really something I wear so it'll probably sit somewhere in my lip collection collecting dust until I experiment ways to use it.
