I have done some research on eating healthy and working out so I won't hurt myself. According to the internet, the most you should lose before it harm you body is 3.5 pounds a week but 2 pounds a week is recommended.

Also, I won't be skipping meals. I would probably eat a healthy granola bar and a fruit or two here and there in case I get hungry. Nowadays on the market, there are healthy snacks you can eat that has low calories and can also help with those sweet craving so you won't be sacrificing much except for the bad calories and the bad nutrition in junk food.

An app I suggest downloading is MyFitnessPal. The app can help track the food you eat, how much you exercise, and the distance you  walk if you connect it to a fitbit.

Let's get healthy together!

Diana
